HAHA was established in 2009 when the Marsh Lane and Fairfields allotments were first set up. With the agreement to use the Marsh Lane site as an official allotment site Hungerford Town Council asked HAHA to deal with the management and day-to-day running of the new site and also to incorporate the Fairfields site into the HAHA vision.
